Is my balance problem related to eye and neurological problem?

I dont feel dizzy, I loose my balance very easily with any kind of head movement. My neurologist has detected my eyes move and focus separately on an object. Says this sends two messages to the brain which gets confused. The more I focus on an object, specially tv or computer screen the more disbalanced I feel. Just rotating my eyeballs left-right, up-down or in circles it really gets worse for a few seconds. Sometimes I get nauseas. ¿Should I see an ophtalmologist-neurologist?

You have already seen a neurologist...who does he say you should see ?

Strange . I've never heard of the eyes causing balance problems, that is usually an inner ear problem.
