When you get into a car accident?
are you supposed to move your car out of traffic (if possible) or are you supposed to leave it exactly where it is until the police come so that they can evaluate how it may have happened and whose fault it is?

It depends on the accident. If it's minor and safe to move the cars then get them off the road. If it's something that's rendered the cars unsafe to move or someone has been seriously injured then leave the cars where they are.

if its a minor accident your supposed to move it to the shoulder, make sure you have witnesses
