Has the world of politics ever confused you?

Like wondering which candidate, or issue you side on.

Asking yourself if you really are a liberal or conservative.

And questioning yourself which party you will register in.

Nope, but I learned the secret of dealing with politicians when I was a young man.

Realize this fact. The Democrats will dig up the worst facts that they can about Republican candidates. Republicans will dig up the worst facts they can about the Democrat candidates.

We have a two major party system, almost no chance of any candidate not endorsed by a major party getting elected. Therefore ...

Listen to what the Democrats say about their Republican opponents, do not believe ONE WORD of what they say about themselves. Listen to what the Republicans say about their Democrat opponents, do not believe ONE WORD of what they say about themselves.

After hearing "the worst" about both candidates (as supplied by their opponents) vote for the candidate that matches your personal viewpoints on the issues! If both candidates sound like wankers (based on the remarks of their opponents) ... go third party!

One tip I can give you is that you do not need to agree with every single view of a party in order to consider yourself a member. If you want to register as a D/R, I would say look at their platforms, and if you side with one a little bit more, register with them.

When I was a lot younger I felt that the primary reason I voted Republican was because of my parents; but today only at the local & state level would I even consider voting Democratic and that would only be if there was a one party system with the Republicans in control. At the national level I would never vote for a Democrat

Nope, if you have a basic understanding of logic, economics, and sociology then everything is pretty straightforward. I admit i dont have a degree in political science and i am sure it can be confusing if you get to into it. but like i said if you have a basic understanding of the subjects listed than its all pretty straightforward.
