I am supposed to write a personal position paper on gun laws and i have to use Brady vs. U.S. supreme court case.
I tried researching a little bit about it, but most of the websites use complicated terms, and I am unable to understand it. I have the gist of it, but i need to understand it fully, so i need a description in simple words of what happened and what the case is about.
