No bake cookies?! Help!?

Can I use Crisco All-Vegetable shortening instead of butter for Chocolate no bake cookies?

    butter or margarine

    Probably, but that doesn't mean you should. There's nothing quite like butter in all recipes, but especially no-bake cookies. If that's all you have, though, you can give it a shot.
