What happens when cop forgets to fill out area for being cited for?
Left completely blank didnt fill out if it was a M or I nothing only persons name and then the court date to appear. But no reason on why they got the ticket in the area they usually do.

It only has to be filled out before it is submitted to the court.

Depends on the court. Typically, the judge would let the officer correct the ticket in court.

Go to court and you should get off. No formal charge means no crime was committed.
