I whent to the fair like 3 months ago n whent on rides n yelled a lot I took like a week without signing after that I started warming up again n tried to sing a song not like I should have I would sing really loud trying to hit notes I n think that's what started everything I even got lightheaded from siging this was like 1 month ago or so. also at school I'm really "loud" I didn't realize that u was hurting my voice until now. I haven't been siging in a while my throat hurs sometimes when I try to talk. Not always tho like right now it hasn't hurt while I've been talking. I though my solution would be drinking something cold would help but I didn't lol so my throat feels like with a lot of mucus on it but I also drink lots of milk witch is bad I sang like part of a song and it didn't hurt n sounded normal when I talk it sounds normal too, it just feel like there is mucus and sometimes it hurts please help can there be some Cain of vocal nodules or something please help

Same boat I was in. You are not singing from your diaphragm! You need to learn to breathe into your stomach! Also, I would be careful when talking and yelling. You can still talk but not as loud! Also, try to drink tea religiously! Good Luck!!!! :)
