What could I be coming down with?

My legs are freezing but everything else is really hot. My relate hurts so bad, but I went to a concert on Wednesday, so I was thinking that it was just because I was screaming a lot. But this is the first time its hurt since the concert. I feel like I'm gona puke, but my body won't let me. I've been laying down in my bed taking deep breaths hoping that'll help. Nothings working. I doubt I have any medicane and I don't take pills. Even if I needed medicane, I can't go get any because there's a blizzard here. Am I getting sick? I think I may just be overtired because I haven't slept a lot because of school and the concert. I'm trying to sleep but when I close my eyes and gag. I've been swallowing a lot because my mouth keeps filling with saliva. Help please
