I have the Nook app on my iPad, but I'm still having issues downloading my ebooks...?

I have a great wifi connection and have tried all the troubleshooting tips listed by B&N. any tips?

Update:

Nothing seems to be happening.... It shows the download bar at the bottom of the title, but no progress.

I have archived, and unarchived as per the instructions, but nothing.
