Fiance K1 visa for USA (British Citizen)?

Hey, I just came back from America today, and I had to say goodbye to my girlfriend once again. I've spent several long trips over there. I travel to the united states on a tourist visa and stay for 87 days per trip.

Well after doing a lot of thinking/deciding, me and my American girlfriend really want to get married so we have decided to get the ball rolling, also I'd like to be able to stay with her in the states without having to come back to the UK & for me to do that I'd need the right visa?

Whats the easiest visa? are there any easier options?

What do I?

We have spoken about the possibility of her coming to visit me in the UK witch is a slim chance of that happening due to her being on low income and the fact that she will lose her jobs that she has if she comes here for a visit. She can not move here either and I'd rather live over there with her in the sunshine.

Thanks

she can certainly file an I-129f fiance petition for you through USCIS. it takes quite a while to process it before you can be interviewed at the embassy, at least 6 months and often more, but it is certainly possible. you'd have to marry within 90 days after you arrived, and then you'd need to file an I-485 adjustment of status form through USCIS in order to get a green card. that will take another 3-4 months and you'd have to pay about $1,000 for the filing fee. still lots of people do it. take a look at www.uscis.gov for more information and downloadable forms.

    for a fiancee visa

    http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

US Citizen can apply for a special visa to allow a non-citizen (their fiancée) to enter the country in order to get married to a US citizen inside the US.

Once issued, the K1 visa will allow the non-citizen to enter the United States legally, for 90 days in order for the marriage ceremony to take place. Once you marry, the non-citizen can remain in the US and may apply for permanent residence. While USCIS processes the application, the non-citizen can remain in the US legally

You income must meet the require minimum to fulfill the affidavit of support
