Am I underweight or normal?
I'm a 15 year old girl, in the 10th grade. I'm 5'2" and 95-100 lbs. If I am underweight, is this healthy? If not, what can I do to balance everything out. I exercise a lot also, I do some sports.

Yes that is underweight. I suggest adding a little more food to what you eat already, like if you do a ton of sports and exersize over that than eat two sandwiches at lunch or add another piece of chicken to your plate at dinner and just keep doing that. Or at least add a ton of fruits and vegetables if you cant shove down another sandwich at lunch.

Sometimes it depends on what sport you do. Some sports don't help a lot with building muscle or getting fit.But I think you are in good shape. Just eat at least 2000 calories a day and exercise for 1-2 hours every day. If you starve yourself you can get heart disease, tissue can dissolve in your body, and you can end up not being able to stand up.
