On the question on why europeans killed native americans, they still use the excuse that other indians fought each other or that they died of disease. That is not the issue here, the issue here is taking over their land through imperialism, and then later having their descendents trying to mulitply their people throughout the US. Whites had problems with every race, but they did that based on race. The world wars they had was based on power structures and not about race wars
So in other words, the whites when fighting each other, weren't out to enslave one another(save for Hitler who thought Eastern Europeans weren't pure whites, so that pretty much offsets that).

The question is self-referential nonsense based on totally circular reasoning.
What you call "theory" is LEFTWING DOGMA. Leftists took control of the majority
of Western universities decades ago and have used their institutional power to
systematically discriminate against non-leftists.
