Does this sound like Appendicitis???? PLEASE HELP?

My lower right intestine area (where my appendix is) has a dull ache when I cough, or push on the toilet. Ive had this for 2 days now. Also, my poop is thinner. Have you had appendicitis?

    your appendix is located on the lower right side in your pubic area.

    If its tender to touch,fever, then it may be your appendix.

    If it hurts or have a lump it may be a hernia.
