Could my drink have been spiked?

So I went for company drinks on Friday evening. My CEO was buying a fair few drinks everyone else went home we stayed at the pub carried on drinking then went clubing.

I remember losing my boss in the club and talking to a guy I then do not remember anything else I just remember being in A&E with a badly broken wrist even then I thought I was in another hospital. How could my memory just be wiped like that? I was on my own in the hospital so this is also worrying.

Is there a posibilty my drink could have been spiked?

    Sounds like your drink was spiked. NEVER leave your drink unattended.
