Your penis grows the most throughout puberty and will most likely grow the most from somewhere around 13-18 years old. Men can continue to grow into their early 20's so it's possible your penis might continue growing until then, especially if you started puberty late.

Generally your whole body stops growing completley at age 21 but it could stop before that. The age your penis grows most is age 14 - 17.

At the age of 18-19 you're pretty much done. Realistic talking, unless you're a late boomer then you could grow until 25 however if you're not like most of us, realistic talking it pretty much ends at 18-19.
