Growth spurts don't exist - it's just that various parts of the body grow at different times and at different rates so at 14 bits of you will be growing all the time until you reach full maturity

Boys go through growth spurts all the time. Keep your eye on the big picture, not the little steps.
Your height will be roughly double where you were at age 2. Ask your mom. My son was 3 feet at 18 months ... he's well over 6' now.
