Was the American Civil War a myth?

Not the same as "Jesus" I get your point, but you really need to learn how to think.

There is more than ample contemporary documentary evidence, from a wide variety of sources, to whow that the US Civil War did, indeed, happen. There are also copious quantities of artifacts from the various battles, located in situ.

Can you make the same claim about, say, Jesus?

There is all sorts of proof Ghandi existed. This proof includes photos, film, his own writings, and a wide variety of contemporary documentary sources both in favor and opposed to the man in question.

Can you make the same claim about biblical figures?

I do believe that some of the survivors of that time lived into rather modern times & that their tales were recorded on film.....

I also believe there to be some archaeological evidence as well as old newspaper records....

Now, if we had these items from any of the mythical periods of old.....that would surely change things...

You don't know. Maybe what you see is different than what others see.

You're reality could be skewed by your experiences.

People have different filters for how they are affected by their environment.

There is also people in other dimensions.
