Currently I'm 14 5'8 and 112lbs, my irish dancing coach wants me to lose weight and get down to 105lbs, is that healthy? I used to never be concerned about my weight but now I think about it all the time and my friends allways comment on how little I eat.

No it's not healthy , you actually need to gain a couple of pounds.

You're incredibly underweight already. Is he insane? What business does he have telling an already underweight child that they need to lose more weight. You need to tell your parents about this and find a new coach.

dont lose weight. just get fitter but being an irish dancer you prob are already extremely fitm :D
