Could I be pregnant???

I'm 19 years old and I have been noticing lately a lot of discharge that is clear/white and is very watery. At points it completely covers my underwear. My nipples have been extremely sore and sensitive. Its like they are always cold and erect. (Sorry if this is TMI) It's been about almost 2 weeks since I had sex and I'm waiting on results. I took a home pregnancy test and it was positive and my Dr did one and it was negative and now they are running blood tests. I'm just worried because me and my boyfriend broke up right after we had sex and I kinda feel like I could be pregnant. I haven't had a period yet either and I'm due for one soon.

Oh, and the discharge thing has been going on for almost 3 weeks now. It started a couple days after we had sex.
