Why is youtube changing my language all the time?
It's really annoying. Happens a few times a day: I visit youtube, got a message which says something like: "We've changed your language. If you want to change it back go to the bottom of the page etc." So I do that and change my language back to english (sometime I change my location but I noticed it doesn't matter).
Later on: They change my language again! Today it happened 3 times in one hour! That is annoying!
About a month ago I even sent them a message telling them to stop it. Got no reply.

f your language and location are being set to German and Germany, that normally means that YouTube thinks you're in Germany. This is done by IP address, not any user settings, so something wacky must really be going on here.
First thing to rule out: Are you going through a proxy or an anonymizer? If you are, and that server is located in Germany, then YouTube will not see your real IP address but a German IP address (this is the point of an anonymizer after all).
Second thing to rule out: Cookie trouble. Perhaps some cookies have got corrupted. Try deleting your cookies (this may log you out of a lot of things, so make sure you can remember all your passwords, and it will also reset a lot of your settings on many sites including YouTube), and also check that your browser is accepting cookies from youtube.com and isn't set to delete them automatically.
