Do you think he likes me?

So there is this boy at school that I really like and let's say his name is Brent. So Brent was in my 5th grade class and then he moved away. Now we are freshmen in highschool and he is back. He has been back for about a month and I have a huge crush on him! So ever since the first day he came back I have talked to him. He hangs out with my group of friends, and he is in 2 of my classes. He walks with me and waits to walk with me after those classes. Sometimes he hangs out with me and my friends rather than the boys. He always asks me to be his partner. Sometimes I catch him staring at me. Also, in one class we have together he sits diagonally behind me next to my friend. When the person in front of him isn't at school, he moves up one seat into her spot next to me. Its only one seat, and there would have been nobody in front of him but he still always moves up. Do you think he likes me? Do you have any ideas on how to get him to like me more? How should I ask for his number? Thanks!
