You cant say it like that. He shot the girl so he has to be guilty of shooting her. The court will have to decide if he shot because he thought the girl was an intruder. He is guilty of something however you look at it.
EDIT I see he has been granted bail. Astonishing.It must be another society where killing someone has not the horror stigma to it as it has in Britain ?

An innocent man don't say "YES" after verdict of the court to release him couple month's.

Crimes of passion are different to the same crime without passion. When its self defence, you are doing just that, defending yourself. This wasnt. That woman got gunned down, through the BATHROOM door whilst on the toilet (maybe not using it at the time). Hes just a coward who lost his temper again and loved his guns to much.

Guilty! She locked herself in the bathroom out of fear. He lost it and shot her on purpose. NO ONE, NO ONE shoots someone through a door without checking its your spouse first. That poor girl!

I haven't a clue. But being a soft touch, in my heart I always want everyone to be innocent!
My mind usually tells me otherwise though. On this one I am fence sitting.
