What does the english dialect sounds like to foreign people?
I believe we use the back off our throats, i know there's a term for this..its been said women love the accent off an american man, I would love to hear our language as if it is foreign to my ears!

English isn't a dialect. American English is a dialect and from what I've heard (my wife and friends are German) they all find American accents annoying and too high. Although a lot depends on region, they all said that, given the choice, they preferred a British accent to an American one. I don't think English is especially guttural (I think that's the word you're looking for) when compared to other languages like German.

The American accent is called "nasal" meaning it comes more through the nose.

It sounds rather fluid and not very gutteral (that's the word you're looking for). Long vowels in English are usually diphthongs - "cone" sounds more like "koh-uhn".
