YouTube upload help.. (Video won't display properly)?

I'm going to make a montage of some call of duty clips I got so I put up a test video first to make sure the settings are right first. The video should be 720 quality but it will only go 720. Even though the clips were recorded at 720. Also the video doesn't fill up the full screen. Other then that it's fine. Is there a way to fix either one. Here's the video...

    Make sure it's rendered in 1280x720 resolution.

    hi evan you are able to't upload avi format records on youtube,so in case you have chose to upload a video on youtube first you got to rework the video into flv format, do this and it really is going to do the trick.
