Does vitamin c kill sperm?
basically im ttc taken vitamin b complex and vit c would taken vitamin c 1000mg a day harm sperm like make it acidy to survive ??? prob stupid question but.need to.know

Vitamin C may boost the amount of water cervical mucus holds, encouraging great amounts of mucus in the body. Medline Plus recommends a daily intake of vitamin C for adults of 75 to 90mg and warns not to take more than 2,000mg of vitamin C per day as it can cause diarrhea and stomach problems.

Not at all. Use to drink orange juice on a regular basis and my boys were able to bring forth 3 kids
