No, and that nonsense won't stand up either I wonder what happened to my fellow NY ers that they allow themselves to be pushed around by this guy. He's become a tiny dictator and a poster child for why just being rich doesn't make you right.
We ought to limit how much a person can spend of his personal fortune to get elected, or one day we will find we've elected nothing but deep pockets who think they have good ideas just because they are wealthy.

Nah, it's just a scheme to prove that someone in office can actually pass something and seem useful. Or they may be earmarking some other bill along with that one, one that may not be considered useful for the public and would be rejected when placed in the polls, instead, these politicians lead a campaign against one thing while secretly sneaking in another proposition, one that usually benefits only the politician, that way, if the former passes, so does the latter. After all, refills are free in big chain restaurants and smaller ones may only charge 25 to 50 cents for a refill, sometimes, one drink is enough for some, if not, most people.

No. It is up to the food establishment what size drinks they sell and the customer what size drink they want.

Why do the "state's rights" conservatives have SUCH A HUGE PROBLEM.... with an even smaller unit of government making rules for itself and its own citizens..... via ITS OWN elected officials?

If I am going to be forced to pay for other people's health care, then I EXPECT the government to force everyone to be healthy.
The can of worms has been opened.
