How do I accept Jesus as lord of my life?

By surrendering your mind.

This is a very good question. Jesus IS Your friend. That is why He chose to die for You. He wants to have a relationship with You. To reconcile You back to God. I believe You know this from what You said.

Why do You not believe in Him as Your Lord or God or however You want to put it?

I don't know how to put it into words. I want to show You that Jesus is King. That He is Everything Good and Pure and Holy.

Ah!!! I think I know How!!!

Let me ask you this:

Did you create the Heavens and Earth? Did you breath life into each and every person that ever lived? Did you plant the seeds that made the trees grow or command the wind to blow? Do you make the sun rise each morning and the moon to come out at night? Do you command the waves to be still? Do you make the rain fall or the clouds form? Do you command the Angels to sing?

Did you chose to come to earth to live a sinless life? To Teach others of Wonders and Truths? Where you beaten and cursed for sins you didn't commit? Did you hang on a cross and say "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do."? Did you die for all mankind because you Loved them? Did you rise again on the third day?

NO! Only a Magnificent God can do that!! Only Some One Who has power over EVERYTHING can do any of these things.

You are His creation. The Creation is not better or even equal to the Creator.

I Hope this has shown you how little you are, how powerless you are without Jesus. You can move mountains, BUT ONLY with the Help of Jesus.

Jesus Loves You so much. But without Him we are nothing. We are worse than nothing.

I'm confident that the Bible is just a mish-mash of Canaanite polytheism, a little Babylonian and Sumerian creationism mixed with, and shameless theft from ancient texts like the code of Hammurabi.

Your religion is a sham, and you don't feel it because you know it's a sham.

Why continue to lie to yourself? What do you gain by being a frightened child, clinging to what you know is false? Nothing.

These are the most difficult and the most important because by doing them

we are submitting Lordship to Him and not ourselves.
