Multiple state tax issue?
My employers address is Virginia, my address is in Arizona. I work for the Virginia employer as an expat in Iraq. State taxes are being taken out for Arizona and Virginia but should only be Arizona. In 2 months Virginia has taken almost 3K and I would like that money back. Any ideas?

You should only pay the tax in the state you live but may have to pay some tax to Va
You should file a non resident form in va.. the az tax form should have a place to put a credit for tax paid to other states.... it may end up that you will pay in Va and get credit for that in AZ making your state return larger from AZ....... I know its a pain I use to work in Ma and live in CT...
