Problem with troubled kid!?
There is this kid with a conduct disorder who keeps breaking into peoples houses. He breaks into my house and steals clothes all the time, what should I do. The police seem to look the other way when he does this, what should I do?

Is this child your child or a neighbors child? if He is not your child and you are not familiar with him then he is a home invader and should be arrested. If the police fail to act they are liable to a lawsuit. Write a letter today to the police demanding action. Send it registered mail. Get a signature for it or hand deliver and get the officers name and bring an impartial witness. Failure to act resulting in damage to your property in this case is a cause for liability.

get signed statements from the neighborhood. A video wouldn't hurt either.
Documentation is hard to ignore.

Make the parents responsible for their child's actions.
