Not likely. It sure wasn't hot in western Washington last summer, unlike the rest of the country.

It depends on which area of the state you are talking about. Eastern Washington will probably be pretty toasty and some places in E. Washington have had a relatively mild winter. Western Washington is usually pretty mild compared to the desert, with some scorchers tossed in.
