Answering questions, virus removal and teaching people how to keep their computers upto speed, apart from just turning on a button, advise on security and best products. Ignorance has a lot to do with slow computers fo the middle aged trying to keep up with technology, a good part of my business, is educating the middle aged not to be scared of a computers and getting them past XP to a faster PC.
