Judges should not be above reproach. True that they are appointed, but sometimes they act "anointed" and almighty..They still work for the people.

No the difference is when a conservative says something like that they are on a channel that people actually watch. It is hard to have massive outrage when somebody says something on a channel that only 8 people watch.
