Skyrim forges/smiting not working?

Question

So, up until now, I have been smithing for a bit on a Skyrim profile a started a little while ago (Xbox 360). The forges worked fine, until now. Every time I try to use the blacksmith forge, tanning rack, Grindstone, etc. my character simply stands there (it puts me in a 3rd person view as well), and stares at the device for a  few seconds and then it returns to normal. All-in-all, I can't use these devices any more. Could my save be corrupted? I really don't want to resort to making a new profile like this one, because I have put a lot of time into it. Could I possibly just restart the game? I don't know why it's doing this, has anyone had this problem too? Maybe i shouldn't necessarily say they aren't working, just in the last few minutes they have been doing this.Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks in advance!

I think I got the fix for you.
I hope you got previous saves...
1. Load a previous save where you could use these items and use them there for a little while, all the items you have problem with. Dont need to save, just exit after you are done. Load back the save where you got the problem and see if you can use it now. Sometimes the animation files glitch out, and this should fix it.
If it still doesnt want to work, verify your game files... Might solve it. And defrag your hard drive.

I'm not doing the glitch and nonetheless have the same situation i noticed last night, its on the grounds that ive downloaded the patch i can't access the bookshelf, and cabinets in my breeze house frequently too for some reason. I would bet that is when you consider that of the glitch you recounted but they have got not carried out an excellent job at fixing the trouble as now no one can access the cabinets.
