How does a pitcher signal what pitch he wants to throw in a bullpen?

I know they use glove signals, but what are the signals for a fastball, change up, curveball, etc.

If you want to throw a fastball you just start your wind up/stretch. If it is a breaking ball he will make his glove fall forward and start his pitch. and if it is a type of change up he will poke his glove at the catcher.
