Will this help me lose weight?
So lest week I decided o go on a diet for 3 weeks. In the morning I have 2 eggs and coffee with coconut oil, for lunch I have greek yogurt with fruit and honey. For a snack I have some trail mix (cashews, almonds, craisins, yogurt covered raisins, semi sweet chocolate chips), or a cliff bar then for dinner I have a smoothie with strawberries, greek yogurt, pineapple, spinach, and apple juice. The first week, I'm not going to lie, I cheated a little this weekend because I had a birthday to go to, but I made good choices still. But the last two weeks I'm going to be super strict. Do you think this will help me lose some weight???

Best way to lose weight is not to diet but to control what you eat and to eat clean. Resist any desires you have to opt for junk food. Also, drink a lot of water to help clean out your system. Hydration is crucial.
And of course you need to do cardio. Don't expect to shed off pounds without actually getting your heart rate up and getting the fat burining. I suggest running or swimming-both excellent for burning calories. Also, I really enjoy a youtube channel called Pop Pilates. So you should check it out if you are interested!
Good luck, it isn't an easy journey and you will need lots of determination to reach your final goal. Don't slack off!

Here's the way I see it.
GOOD:
eggs
coconut oil
greek yogurt
cashews
almonds
strawberries (only a few)
spinach
BAD:
fruit
honey
craisins
yogurt covered raisins
semi sweet chocolate chips
clif bar
pineapple
apple juice
Everything in the "BAD" list is high in sugar. Really high.
You only have one vegetable listed - spinach. You really should be eating a majority of your food from vegetables.
You diet as it stands doesn't give you a good nutrients to energy ratio and has way too much sugar.
Eat more vegetables and less sugar.

Not much weight. It has a little to much sugar but you need sugar to live. Maybe you should eat a little less trail mix and only drink coffee every other day

chug 12 8 ounce glasses of ice water a day it has the same effect on your metabolism as green tea

never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings
