Is it okay to start studying calculus?
I'm currently in precal and trig. I'm feeling very comfortable in both and was hoping to start studying calculus in preparation for next semester. How much do I need from my current courses to study calculus I? We have just finished finding zeros of polynomials, and algebra with trig identities. Thank you!
It would be independently. I have a book and everything. I would still complete trig/precalc. I really just want to get ahead as fast as possible, because i feel lame for not working hard at school in the past.

No need to get ahead of yourself unless you want to graduate in three years instead of four. If you make decent grades in precal and trig, you will be okay in calculus.
