How to dye this cotton/leather/polyester bag?
I have a cotton canvas backpack style bag with polyester lining and leather for the pockets/straps, etc. I love the style and shape of it but I can't get over the ugly olive green/brown tribal print. I want to dye the bag itself some kind of dark blue, but leave the leather alone. How do I go about dyeing this? It's okay if the print still peeps out from the dye, im mostly bothered by the color. I don't want to ruin a nice bag by getting stains on the leather but I do want to change the look of the cotton itself.

If you've been using the bag you also have the problem of hidden dirt. Any dyeing will show those areas. You can try fabric paint as you'd have more control over application than dyeing...which would not be good for the leather. You'd have to wrap that securely and I'm not even sure that is possible.

definite, I actually have! :p I munch on peanuts plenty so I continually have them in my kitchen, and some situations i did not have some thing else for breakfast so I in basic terms ate peanuts. ^.^ they are no longer very filling though, yet a minimum of it replaced into some thing. ^.^ (((Hugs))) ??
