Does shadow the hedgehog...?

Have more fans than any other sonic character.

    Most likely, when Sonic Advance came out, people went crazy for shadow, when Sonic Advance 2 came out people went wild. when Shadow the Hedgehog came out, .... well lets just say it was awesome. :O

    Actually, I doubt that. Shadow is cool and all, but you have to consider the fact that he came along about a decade after Sonic did, which gave Sonic enough time to build quite the repertoire of fans.

    All in all, it does come down to those two. I, however, am a fan of an entirely different hedgehog.

    I'd say that this is an objective opinion, not necessarily a measurable fact. Personally, I like Shadow the best (mainly because of the Shadow the Hedgehog game), but I don't think that there's a good way to quantify this.
