Not digesting food properly?
For the past month or so I have been experiencing frequent bloating, gas, gas pains, and diarrhea. I find that no matter what I eat it occurs. I have been to the doctors and I may have IBS or a food intolerance, but what can I do to reduce gas and bloating?
I drink 8 glasses of water a day, I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and oatmeal, too. I also exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week.
I am 16 if this helps?
I eat pro-biotic yoghurt, but I find it hasn't helped.

i have the same problem, try to cut on dairy products but otherwise your diet seems fine and the exercises are good keep it up. try to seek medical hep there should be medication for this condition.
