Feeling weak during workout?

I've been cycling for 40 min+ everyday for almost 2 weeks. Usually I'm fine and feel good and energized, but today I felt really weak and could barely do it for 30 minutes while going a lot slower than usual. Why is this so? Am I overusing my muscles or something? Should I just skip a workout tomorrow?

You probably didn't drink or eat enough water before. That's a symptom of dehydration and hunger, it's not uncommon to miss a meal and then feel weak during a workout. You'll probably be fine tomorrow, just make sure to eat something an hour or two before you do.

You need rest days for recovery. Eating enough carbs, protein? Drinking enough water? Having some salt intake? You should be incorporating about two days a week to allow for recovery downtime. You can treat those days like a pleasure ride, not working up a sweat.
