Expired dry malt extract?

Would it still be safe if I use a dry malt extract thats two months past its "best before" date? Got five of them. What a waste.

Use them with fresh malt. That should be fine.

circulate to the Brew your guy or woman (magazine) web site and click on the record of advertisers. that provides you with links to their catalogs. i'm somewhat keen on Brew by skill of U yet lots relies upon on the place you're and how lots you're ordering. For small orders, it must be maximum inexpensive to purchase from a close-by homebrew save. manufacturers do no longer rely fairly as much as matching the form and foundation. in case you're making an English-type ale, use English DME and so on. so some distance as yeast is going, you get what you pay for. The liquid yeasts provide a stable beer, in case you may flavor the difference. the two wYeast and White Labs have stable strains. in case you're making an ale, you're able to destroy out with utilising dry yeast, this is a lot greater much low-cost. shop stable notes on each brew and you'd be answering greater questions than you ask on Y!A temporarily order.
