His Filibuster?
Obama and Holder agree to not use drones in the USA unless the terrorist is putting people in eminent danger. Nice job Rand Paul that's one for people who love the constitution. Now get Obama to not us drone strikes in the USA that would be a state level police action.

Evidently Rand Paul has never heard of the Civil War, where President Lincoln allowed the use of deadly force throughout the country. I suppose his father failed to tell him how President Eisenhower sent the National Guard to Selma with instructions to restore the civil order.
The Constitution requires the Commander in Chief to defend the public peace against enemies foreign and domestic. If Rand Paul wants to be President he needs to learn the job description.
Fortunately Senator Paul will get enough exposure to show the rest of the country what a moron he is. Don't expect him to win a second term, let alone advance further.

No, why should he agree to stop something he's not doing? Let anti-gay activist Paul "drone" on and on and on. (No pun intended.)

Democrats should reform the filibuster rule so that Rand Paul would have to go up there and keep talking until he drops. Then we will see the number of filibusters drop dramatically. Harry Reid goofed when he did not reform the filibuster rule earlier this year.

Obama has already stated repeatedly that he would not do so.....which is why the filibuster is ridiculous.

Nah, I think Rand Paul should just keep going. In the long run, it will just make everyone hate him even more than they already do.

He already can't, but it's not like the Constitution has ever stopped the government from breaking the law before.
