I've sent a letter today, what day will it reach its destination?

It's Thursday, 4:45pm, probably after collection time for post, will it reach its destination by Saturday? This is using a first class stamp

    If you used Royal Mail: NEVER.

    There's a bad chance that it will and if you did sent it by royal mail it will take approximately around a week. It could be more or less

    What is the letters destination , Hong Kong - Africa - America - Australia , or just down the road local ?
