Really frustrated! Measuring 3 weeks behind?
So I went in for my doctor's appointment today, not only was my doctor running 30 minutes late, when she went to measure my stomach she said I am measuring 30 weeks, when I am 33 weeks. She also told me that my last appointment I measured a week behind, which my doctor didn't even tell me at that appointment. Now I am worried sick she set an ultrasound up in two weeks and I DO NOT want to wait that long. I am about to go on a beach trip tomorrow and don't want to be stressed. I'm calling at 2 when the nurses get there to try to get an ultrasound today or tomorrow morning, has anyone else tried to order an ultrasound? I'm so tired of felling like i'm nothing but business to them damnit.

I wouldn't worry. Sounds to me you are nothing but business to them. Doctors will find any excuse to order some tests for their patients simply because they know your Insurance will pay for them.
When I was pregnant with my 1st Baby back in 2006. My OB Doctor called me days after my appointment saying my son could possibly be a Dwarf because his legs were measuring short than a normal baby. I got worried, cried to my husband and couldn't eat or sleep until my Ultrasound Appointment.
During my Ultrasound Appointment, the Ultrasound Technician said everything is perfectly fine with my baby boy. And that my Doctor is a Douche Bag for scaring the crap out of me.
So therefore, I wouldn't worry.

Your ultrasound probably got scheduled for 2 weeks, because that was their first opening. Ultrasounds are done like doctor appointments, when they have an opening. I highly doubt youre going to get one today or tomorrow. There are many other pregnant women in your town/city and they need ultrasounds as well. They do them when there is an opening. You may be able to get a earlier appointment, but it'll probably only be a day or two earlier. Doctors usually schedule things as the first available appointment. Trust me I know how hard it is to wait when something may be wrong. My doctor told me one of my markers on my ultrasound were in the 'danger zone' pointing to a chromosome abnormality. I have to get a level two ultrasound, an I have to wait a week for it. That's because its the first available appointment. That's the way ultrasounds work.
As for measuring behind. That's really nothing to worry about. It just means you may be pregnant a few weeks longer, or you might have a smaller baby. It's not dangerous or anything it just means that your baby is growing a little slower. It's not a serious health problem its really nothing to be concerened about. So calm down before you go yelling at the nurses and make a fool of yourself. You probably won't get an earlier appointment because that's not the way things work. You can try though. I recommend just relaxing, because measuring a few weeks behind is fine.

surely i does not project too too a lot about because ultrasounds are notorious for not giving precise measurements. i grow to be instructed that my toddler had to come back early because he grow to be being measured at round 11 lbs on the ultrasound. So, i grow to be led to and at the same time as he got here he grow to be purely 5 lbs, 13 oz.. they were enormously incorrect. i'm not putting forward do not project do exactly not let it devour you until eventually the project is ideal in the front of you and in no way in simple terms an estimate.

Don't worry this happens all the time, fun dal measurement isn't very accurate because height and weight have a lot to do with measuring different not to mention baby has growth spurts at certain times, if your pregnancy has been perfect I honestly wouldn't worry at all.
