Who in your opinion were the 3 best wicketkeepers who most influenced the fortunes of their team and why?

And I hope all my friends, if any are left, are doing well!

Thank you kindly

Adam Gilchrist for Australia. His incredible batting ability redefined how wicketkeepers were viewed. He was a very successful keeper too & held the world record for dismissals by keepers for some time.

Andy Flower for Zimbabwe. The only great batsman Zimbabwe have ever produced. Simply the best test batsman among all the keepers ever.

M.S. Dhoni for India. India. Being the captain of Indian team is no easy job & MS has been excellent. He has won two world cups for India.

I don't think sangakkarra contributed to his team much with his keeping. He is a fantastic batsmen thats for sure, but he was never the permanent Keeper in the team.

Gillchrist is obviously the top keeper in my opinion.

Dhoni while not a fantastic keeper has taken some really good catches. His captaincy helped too.

AB DeVilliers has only just started, i have a feeling his going to be a big part of South africa's dominance.

I really wanted to Include Brendon McCullum as he is certainly the most athletic keeper today but hardly contributes to team fortunes, sans the past few months.

    Glichrist for Australia.

    Boucher for South Africa.

No need of explanations for these two.

Dhoni for India because we’ve never got a keeper who could bat. Dhoni not only bats well but has changed the fortunes of Indian cricket as a keeper.

Dennis Lindsay - SA keeper who could bat at 7 or 8. Won and saved games for SA with his batting

Rod Marsh- the first keeper to be picked because he could bat as well.

Gilchrist - He took the role of a batsmen/keeper to new heights, Sangakra, Dhoni and Prior following the lead.
