In heaven are angels given male and female roles. Or are all angels one gender?

The Bible tells us that in "when [people] rise from the dead, they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven." - Mark 12:25

This isn't an exhaustive or definitive explanation of things, but it seems to suggest that the angels do not have gender. At least, even if they were to have gender, it wouldn't seem to be an active gender.

That's an interesting question. Not sure we'll know until we get to heaven.

as far as I know, there are no known female angels in the bible but all male like. I would say they are all one gender do to that and God curses the world to be like them. Not that it is evil to be like a angel, but you lose your sex and are neither male or female and not even a angel either but like them. For a man that loves a woman, that is a curse. Most christians do not care about their husband or wife but toss it out like garbage and say what is next in heaven.

book of enoch talks about the angels (male) that came to earth because they fell in love with human women. they procreated with them making Giants (goliath). course all the giants were killed. they can be and are, male or female.

Angels are genderless spirits - but can manifest themselves on earth as either gender or none at all.

All angels are either men or women.

Furthermore, all angels are either spirit beings that have not yet been born, but will be born on this earth, spirit beings that have been born on the earth and died, or spirit & body beings who have been born, died and resurrected. (Oh, also there are those who have been born, and not yet died, like Moses, John, Elijah, etc.).
