I did something bad, help?

Well I've posted about this before but I'm still really confused and worried that I'm a taddle tail.I really just want to put this behind me I've had enough of this. So I have this tutor he's 18 turning 19 and I just turned 16. He said to get his trust back I'd have to send a full nude shot with my face in it. I did it because I thought he loved me and I would do anything for his trust back. He sent me one too. He then said if wa his insurance against me telling anyone. What makes me think he's done this to other girls is that he said when he tutors he likes so reward his people with surprises he said he wanted to ride me and do other sexual things. I feel bad because I played along and some times was the only one saying it. Then last wednesay he came over and we had sex. He didnt want to use protection but I made him then the condos broke. I hope I don't get pregnant or anything. And btw he knows I was in an extreme fragile state because I just got back from rehab for my self harm and eating disorder. He manipulated me and took advantage of me in my fragile state. Should I tell my parents, could I get in trouble ? Should they press charges ??

If you consented to the sex, then depending on which state you live in, it may not be against the law. However, if you call "rape" you're in a perfect position to effectively destroy him for the rest of his life, just because young girls crying rape is exactly what prosecutors and judges get paid and re-elected by.

You're the only one who knows what happened, we don't. He's obviously a ******* scumbag, any way we slice it. If you think what happened warrants him potentially going to prison for yeeears, registering as a sex offender for the rest of his life and barring him, most likely, from ever having a job he really enjoys, then by all means, tell someone. If what happened was truly wrong, then tell someone, because he deserves what he gets.

If you're just upset that you made a foolish choice, which happens to everyone, then find a new tutor and tell him to **** off, being sure to remind him that because of the age difference and the nature of the photos exchanged, things could get very bad for him if he decides to pursue you any further.

That's my 2 cents. Good luck.

    Sam,

By all means tell your parents and get the police involved. Even if it doesn't work out for you, you will have saved some other victim from this manipulating creep. I want you to know that you DID NOT do anything wrong. You were misled and manipulated in one of the most horrendous ways possible and that is because it was someone you should have been able to trust. This jerk used his position to have his way with you. That is a felony! I hope he gets the max.

Talk to your parents if you truly feel bad about it. Let them guide you on this and not total strangers. If you get in trouble that's fine at least you would have opened up and told them the truth and how you feel and maybe prevent this guy from doing it to other girls

Tell your parents, or tell police. He will be in a lot of trouble.
