Is there any way to shake off this cough and runny nose by tomorrow?

Tuesday I felt stiff and had a little fatigue and I had a cough and runny nose. Not anything major just a little bit. And then wednesday, it hit me like a ton of bricks, I was nauseas, my eyes hurt from even a little bit of sunlight, a bad cough, runny nose, I had a lot of fatigue, my back was killing me and I couldn't get up to do anything. Then yesterday (thursday) I felt a little better and my fever was gone, today I'm feeling better but I have a bad cough and I still have a runny nose. I need to be 100% by tomorrow so what could this be and how do I shake it by tomorrow?
