Sometimes the track will shift with the frost in the ground. Make sure the track is not pinching the rollers witch will squeeze the door. If the track is good make sure no part of the door is blocking the safty eyes that tell the motor something is in the way. Make sure the cables and pulleys are freely traveling along the outside of the track up on the top rail. I had this happen to me before. If both of them are ok its just a matter of adjusting the travel of the door. Just take your tim and go in quarter turn intervals. Its a very time consuming job but this should fix your problem

First you must be sure the door is freely rolling without problems. Disconnect the opener and see if it easily rolls up and down.
