I love oven baked omelets with whipped egg whites. Has anyone ever added?

whipped cream or whipped non fat milk to make a fluffier omelet? And was it worth the effort?

I did try adding whipped cream, it sort of deflated in the Omlette when heated so the omelet was no fluffier, but it did have a richer flavor. You will get that same result by adding heavy cream, so the additional effort of whipping the cream is not worth it.

  • You can't whip non fat milk.

I use sour cream, adds flavor too.
